NOAVVO curates designer fashion from established European partners. Every piece sold through this store is sourced within the European Economic Area, lawfully placed on the market by the brand owner or their authorized distribution chain, and verified for authenticity before it reaches you.

We're transparent about how we operate because trust matters more than mystery. Here's how it works.

How we source

NOAVVO works with established European wholesale partners and authorized distributor networks that supply designer fashion to verified resellers across the EU. Every order is fulfilled from EU-based warehouses holding products that have been lawfully placed on the European market by the brand owner or their authorized distribution chain.

This sourcing framework operates under the EU's principle of exhaustion of trademark rights — a legal doctrine that permits the resale of authentic goods within the European Economic Area once they have been lawfully placed on the market by the trademark holder. It is the same framework that underpins designer fashion availability across European multi-brand retailers, outlet networks, and authorized B2B platforms.

We do not work with grey-market importers from outside the EU, replica suppliers, or any source that cannot trace the origin of its inventory.

Our authentication process

Authentication takes place at two layers:

Partner-level verification

Our European partner warehouses conduct multi-step authentication on every item before dispatch:

  • Source documentation — provenance records and invoices traceable to the original distribution channel
  • Physical inspection — stitching, materials, hardware, weight, finishing, and brand-specific identifiers checked against verified reference standards
  • Identifier validation — model numbers, serial numbers, batch codes, and RFID tags (where applicable) confirmed against brand specifications
  • Packaging integrity — original brand packaging, authenticity cards, dust bags, and tags confirmed present and consistent
  • Final dispatch check — sign-off by warehouse staff before the item ships

NOAVVO-level oversight

On top of partner-level verification, our team carries out:

  • Randomised third-party authentication audits using independent services
  • Continuous monitoring of customer feedback for any authenticity concerns
  • A NOAVVO Certificate of Authenticity issued with every order, referencing the product, model, and dispatch date

If at any stage an item cannot be fully verified, we hold or withdraw it from sale.

Our authenticity guarantee

If you ever have doubts about an item received from NOAVVO, you have three layers of protection:

  • 30-day authenticity refund — any item can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund if you have any doubt about its authenticity, no questions asked.
  • Independent authentication at our expense — if you'd like third-party verification before deciding, we cover the cost of authentication through Entrupy, Authenticate First, or Real Authentication. If the independent authenticator raises any concern, we refund in full and cover the cost of the return.
  • Your statutory rights — this guarantee is offered in addition to your rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

UK and EU consumer protection

NOAVVO operates in full compliance with:

  • UK Consumer Rights Act 2015
  • UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 — 14-day right of cancellation for all distance sales
  • EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU
  • UK GDPR and EU GDPR for data protection
  • Applicable VAT regulations in each market we serve

A note on our relationship with the brands we sell

NOAVVO is not an authorized retailer, official partner, or representative of any of the designer houses whose products we sell. We are an independent multi-brand retailer that sources authentic goods through legitimate European distribution channels operating under EU exhaustion-of-rights principles. All trademarks and brand names remain the property of their respective owners.

We make this explicit because we believe customers have a right to know exactly what kind of retailer they are buying from.
