At NOAVVO, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If your order isn't right, we're here to help.

RETURNS

You may request a return within 14 days from the date your parcel is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused, unworn, undamaged
- In original condition with all tags, packaging, dustbags, and boxes intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)

Items that have been worn, used, washed, damaged, altered, or returned without original tags and packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To start a return, please contact us at support@noavvo.com within 14 days of delivery, including:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- A clear reason for the return
- Photos (required for damaged or faulty items)

We will provide you with the correct return address and instructions.

⚠️ Returns must be sent within 14 days of delivery using UPS, DHL, or FedEx with active tracking. Returns sent via regular postal services or to incorrect addresses cannot be accepted and will be declined.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless the item received was:
- Faulty
- Damaged on arrival
- Incorrect (different from what was ordered)

In these cases, NOAVVO will arrange a return label.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us at support@noavvo.com within 14 days of delivery with clear photos of the item showing the defect, photos of the original tags and packaging, and your order number.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES

Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout. Shipping charges are displayed clearly before final payment.

Some NOAVVO orders may be dispatched from supplier warehouses outside the customer’s delivery country. Where an item is shipped internationally, import duties, taxes, VAT, customs clearance fees or courier handling fees may apply.

Unless these charges are specifically collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the recipient and may be requested by the courier or local customs authority before delivery.

For orders delivered to the United Kingdom from outside the UK, shipments are generally handled under DAP — Delivered at Place — terms. This means any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees or courier clearance charges are the responsibility of the customer receiving the goods.

NOAVVO cannot control customs charges, customs clearance delays or fees imposed by local authorities or couriers.

REFUND PROCESSING

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs and customs duties are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.

EXCHANGES

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:
- Worn, used, or washed items
- Items returned without original tags, dustbags, or packaging
- Items returned outside the 14-day return window
